How payment works

• Deposit option: Pay $100 per person today and make payments until July 20, 2026.

  • Includes a $50 per-person payment plan fee (already built into the $100 deposit).

• Pay in full option: Settle the full balance now and the $50 payment plan fee is waived.

Tip: Prices are per person based on your selected occupancy. If you are rooming with someone and only placing your deposit down just enter a quantity of one. Your roommate will be able to register themselves and select the option stating that they are rooming with someone that has a room already. Flights are not included but you can add your flight details later so we can schedule your resort transfers.

Why it matters

• Protects your non-refundable trip payments if you need to cancel or cut the trip short for a covered reason.

• Covers medical care abroad (your U.S. health plan often doesn’t).

• Helps with flight delays, lost bags, and emergency medical evacuation.

Two common plan types we offer

1. Cash-Back Plan

   • Reimburses you in money (up to covered amounts) if you cancel/interrupt for a covered reason (e.g., illness/injury, death in family, jury duty, home becomes uninhabitable, etc.).

   • Usually includes primary medical coverage while traveling, baggage and trip delay benefits.

   • Best for travelers who want actual refunds to the original form of payment.

2. Future Travel Credit Plan

   • Provides a travel credit/voucher (not cash) when you cancel for covered reasons.

   • Typically a lower price than cash-back plans; terms vary (e.g., same supplier, rebook by a certain date).

   • Good for travelers who are comfortable rebooking later instead of receiving cash.
