Choose Your Planning Support

Compare your planning support before choosing. The price updates after you select your destination region. Mexico, the Caribbean, the United States, and Canada use our lowest planning-fee tier. If you book the quoted trip through Vacay On Layaway within 7 days after your quote is delivered, 50% of the planning fee you paid is credited to that trip’s invoice; it is not a cash refund.

Standard Vacay Request $25

Best for travelers who know where they want to go and need help getting a quote, checking availability, and reviewing package options. Includes an assigned Vacay travel advisor, quote research, basic travel consultation, package options based on your request, and a standard response window.

VIP Vacay Request $50

Best for travelers who want faster attention, more detailed options, or help comparing destinations, resorts, room types, and payment options. Includes priority advisor review, faster quote turnaround, more personalized recommendations, comparison of travel options when available, and help narrowing down the best fit.

Standard Group Request $75

Best for groups needing 10 rooms or more, including birthdays, family trips, weddings, reunions, corporate travel, retreats, and celebrations. Groups may qualify for discounted group rates, room blocks, flexible payment timelines, group perks, and possible free rooms or credits based on hotel/resort rules and the number of rooms booked.

VIP Group Request $100

Best for serious group leaders who need priority help building a group trip, comparing resorts, organizing deposits, and understanding perks. Includes priority group planning support, group quote research, room block guidance, resort/group benefit review, deposit and payment timeline recommendations, and help identifying possible free rooms, credits, or group concessions.

Group travel note: Group travel generally starts at 10 rooms or more. Group perks, discounts, credits, and free rooms are not guaranteed and depend on the resort, vendor, destination, dates, room count, and final booking terms. Your Vacay advisor will review what may be available for your specific trip.
